TIMING, WIND CHILLS WILL DROP BACK TO 15 TO 25 BELOW OVERNIGHT.
THE COLDEST OF THE READINGS WILL BE JUST BEFORE AND AROUND
SUNRISE. THE WIND SHOULD DIMINISH SOMEWHAT AND THE TEMPERATURES
WILL RISE DURING THE DAYTIME ON FRIDAY.

IMPACTS, FROSTBITE TO EXPOSED SKIN IN AS LITTLE AS 30 MINUTES.
