LOCATIONS, NEW YORK CITY AND SURROUNDING SUBURBS, LONG
ISLAND, COASTAL CONNECTICUT, AND MUCH OF NORTHEAST NEW
JERSEY.

HAZARD TYPES, HAZARDOUS WIND CHILLS LATE TONIGHT THROUGH EARLY
FRIDAY MORNING.

WIND CHILL, AS LOW AS 15 BELOW ZERO DUE TO AIR TEMPERATURES
OF ZERO TO 5 ABOVE AND WINDS OF 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP
TO 35 MPH.

TIMING, THE LOWEST WIND CHILLS WILL OCCUR AFTER MIDNIGHT
TONIGHT INTO FRIDAY MORNING.

IMPACTS, DANGEROUS COLD TO THOSE VENTURING OUTSIDE INCLUDING
PETS AND LIVESTOCK. PROLONGED EXPOSURE MAY CAUSE FROSTBITE.
