was a snow burst a times at Lapland Lake. The snow was a perfect

of loose granular and corn and soft but never sticky. The snowflakes varied

Today is our final day of the winter season, and Mother Nature has given us
a gorgeous sun-filled day with a high of 46. Come up for fun spring
skiing, snowshoeing
and junior tubing!
33km of trails are being freshly snowcat groomed this morning with trackset and
skating lanes by Olavi. Our compacted base averages 14 - 17",
with 17 - 22"
in our woods. Surface is power-tilled loose granular snow. The three south
facing expert double diamond Karhu hills (2km) and the loop
directly on Woods
Lake (3km) are closed. All other trails are open.
Our 12km dedicated snowshoe trail network

Our ice-skating pond is closed.

Please bring lunch and snacks as our food service is closed for the season.
All other services (ski lessons, rentals, retail shop) and activities
(xc skiing,
snowshoeing, junior tubing hills) are open as usual. Trails are open today
9am - 4:30pm.
