Here's what confuse me you on CWOP show the position of the Equipment
on a Car in the Google map when I send you a photo and google position
approximate 30 feet South South West of the Tree as you state is User
- Let explain a simple problem in the area is that the Citizens rely
on proper position of reporting stations not so much the Climate but
in example as KMOD the position is shown in The Airport Grounds as the
Runway - but you insist over and over the CWOP position is in another
Metes and Bounds of the proper Position let me do this again the
Equipment is located at 37 degrees 37 minutes 17.8 Seconds North 120
degrees 59 minutes 17.5 seconds West is you convert such position to
decimal 37.619 ° -120.986 ° in such the location at one time you
placed near the sign post of the Complex I live in as I hold sign
statement by the Owner for Satellite and other means equipment on such
position such is on file in various Public Record now final where you
placed the CWOP location is Private Property with no Public access on
the other hand the information of Equipment of CWOP is in Public
Access so the need for proper Geodetic Survey as have been Published
