regulations restricting the content of material on the Internet and
the FCC may be directed to establish and enforce such rules. However,
since no legislation has been passed, FCC rules do not apply to the
Internet.
The Internet Crime complaint Centerhas a web site for reporting
Internet-related crimes. Go to: http://www.ic3.gov . They are the
partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the
National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice
Assistance (BJA).
