Four Additional Defendants Sentenced on A-PVP (A.K.A. "Gravel" or "Flakka") Conspiracy Charges

 

Ronnie Lee Shelton, and Brenda Lee Bolton, Eric Matthew Vance, and Geri Kim Ward, were sentenced to federal prison terms of 235 months, 95 months, 135 months and 78 months respectively. These sentences were a result of their roles in an extensive a-PVP (alpha-pyrrolidinopentiophenone) distribution conspiracy centered in northeast Tennessee, southwest Virginia and western North Carolina.

ATF Baltimore: Heroin User Sentenced to Incarceration for Straw Purchasing Handguns

Heroin User Sentenced to Incarceration for Straw Purchasing Handguns

Michael Nolting, was sentenced to 36 months in prison followed by three years of supervised release.  Nolting had pled guilty to making false statements to a licensed firearms dealer in the acquisition of a firearm.

Rochester Man Charged with Firebombing Store

Taj Williams, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with causing or attempting to cause malicious damage or destruction, by means of fire or explosives, of a building used in interstate commerce.
