Albuquerque Man Pleads Guilty to Violating Federal Firearms Laws

 

Joseph Wallace Apodaca, of Albuquerque, N.M., pleaded guilty today in federal court to being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition.

Richard McNeal Hillman sentenced to 188 Months on A-PVP (A.K. A. "Gravel" or "Flakka") and Firearms Charges

Richard McNeal Hillman, of Kingsport, Tenn., was sentenced, to serve 188 months in federal prison for his leadership role in an extensive a-PVP (alpha-pyrrolidinopentiophenone) distribution conspiracy centered in northeast Tennessee, southwest Virginia and western North Carolina and for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm.
