Pension Violation sent to President Obama

I have written a number of times to your Administration President Obama the problem is I'm a Seclres of The United States Navy meaning my pension is due at age 55 I served in 1967 to 1974 and when I wanted to join for a second Tour of Seclres at the time I was to old but President Regean bridge my time from 1974 to my again my year to lower my age allowing me to join for another Service Duty of Seclres that ended in 1988 that is continue service since 1967 which is 21 years does allow me to original Pension of $800.00 a month that was unknown pulled from me Now Mr. President it is in your vested power 19to find out why I do not have my Pension
