Jay Deborah A Jay is a long-time quiller. Born in Chicago, Illinois, she started quilling in1992 when she saw an article about the craft in the Workbasket magazine. As a devoted paper quiller and a member of the North American Quilling Guild, she spreads the beauty of quilling by creating and teaching this delicate technique of rolling paper. She also loves to knit, crochet, tat and recently how to Zentangle, a creative art form that improves focus and develops dexterity.
