Three Alleged Indiana Gang Members Charged with Murder in Aid of Racketeering Marcus Lovell Jenkins, 26, of East Chicago, Indiana, and Charles Garcia-Berrios, 22, of Hammond, Indiana, were charged by superseding indictment with murder in aid of racketeering and use of a firearm in connection with a crime of violence for their alleged roles in the killing of Kemond Coleman.
