Bagley, 25, of Kansas City, Kan., was charged in a three-count indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Kansas City, Mo. Today's indictment alleges that Bagley stole a 2008 Nissan Altima at gunpoint on June 22, 2014. Bagley allegedly brandished a Glock .40-caliber pistol during the carjacking.
