New Haven Man Sentenced to 3 Years in Federal Prison for Illegally Possessing Firearm Deirdre M. Daly, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, announced that JEROME T. WALKER, also known as “Ratchet,” 26, of New Haven, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Alvin W.
