The theft of Revenue by Puerto Rico POR™

The POR™ was developed through a number of Congressional Letters to The United States Senate Standing Committee as a result of the 2000 election fall out of Al Gore removing Party and George W Bush removing the Presidential Elector with a request of The United States Supreme Court going into Presidential without Impeachment which is Unconstitutional such caused a break In The Internal Revenue Service and built more power in Internal Revenue Service Commission much like a panel of Source of Income that fell into Lobby practice and in such all Internal Revenue Service was to Close its offices to be Audit and Tax Returns were to be sent classified during the Audit to Puerto Rico what happen the returns begin going to Puerto Rico up until the office in Puerto Rico was caught moving money to Brazil to Laundry into other Countries which amount found was nearly 500 billion dollars which caused the Bail out that both The Democrat and Republican Parties are involved in such since the money of The United States have returned tho Puerto Rico voted not to have military action the United States shall void such request due to Redress and The United States shall cease routes authorization to Puerto Rico and shall embargo the Island out of NAFTA and other trade Export and Import and such Island shall develope its own needs within its Coast until the Revenue of The United States of America is returned in order Audits can be completed.
