The United States shall not associated with Gangs and or Their Affiliations as to their Command ie: Law Enforcement or and Prison Correction office in Affiliations and a welcome back to The United States of Gangs to accept Debriefing and renew their pledge to The United States to Uphold The United States Constitution and defend from all domestic including Affiliations and Enemy against The United States as both either Domestic and Foreign and Marks of Gangs shall be disvolved as a bad event and pay no mind to such Tattoos as a mistake of my teaching.
