Since 911 a perplexing problem of President George W Bush on how to confirm the Fare paying airplane vs Military Airplane comes down to the Tail of The Airplanes all Companies such as to name a few but not to induce prejudice as American Airlines US airways Delta Airlines Alaskan Airlines etc etc the tail is a primary part of the make up of the Airplane and the majority times is left as the last of the Flag Country again has nothing to do with the color of the Flag as to the Government power of the said "what is to be done away in The United States of America is on the tail a picture of Human or Natural appearance" but no limit to what is on the wings and fuselage is Companies choice but no military direction unless such Airplane is tail with a N and R but separated of N or R belongs to The United States Commerce now to the color of the Tail of Commerce of The United States some like Stripes which is fine and Red and has been picked yet Green is missing one may use Green with white strips or Green with Red Strips but not all three together in the military direction is tail of assignment and that is with N or R but colors in elsewhere Red White and Blue Star included as Command such is Law to Federal Aviation Administration or and The United States Department of Commerce and or United States Department of Defense the final area in approach is the Law of Aviator not a Pilot but Aviator the flights of both Military and Fare paying passagers are "Flyers" of qualifying Airman the highest rank is Plane Captain the advantage of Airman is the fact all staff of assigned Airplane can qualify for Airman which becomes a Aviator in pay for Commerce for Tax Purpose is Military (due to choice of using Air Marshall with Arm) of E3 with test pass to proficient into Aviator thence 2 and half years of Duty thence Aviator but rest of pay is through Contract of Airlines and or Military Agreed Term (Contract) so in that during a emergency in future tense all staff are qualified to provide safe flights.
