A circulation is showing in a area easterly of the end of a old frontal boundary and again having a problem location of proper feed from South of 25 degrees North the track as continued West since clusters of storms exit West Central Africa some sign of enhancing over the night since Saturday leaves high profile into Tropical Storm in next 48 Hours some turn to the South of West as the Frontal boundary continues North and East only condition to change into Extratropical is if a Stationary Front pushes more South of East that would defuse the Tropical concern and shall look elsewhere for formation upstream or downstream as Case may be.
