Here let's start simple I've rented in Treasure Island for 7 years and left for a number of years had a place for that with no credit check just checked my last rents that's what I'm looking for if you you have property In that area with just checking past rents as a credit check is for future home buyers and I'm 64 years old and not going to buy a home other words I have a good income NOW SEND ME SOME RENTALS IN THAT AREA OF RENTS IN SAINT PETERSBURG FLORIDA AND A FLOOR PLANS AS I KNOW HOW TO READ FLOOR PLANS IN THE RANGE OF 550 TO 650 A MONTH AS TO WHAT CITY DATA STATES THE CITY IS A RENTERS MARKET BUT LACKS LEASING AGENTS AS THE MARKET IS ALSO LACKING REAL ESTATE AGENT THE CITY IS FLOODED WITH DEFAULTS AND EXCESS APARTMENTS
