I see that a number acres are for sale and my first interest is does mineral rights go with the land? And the deed is easements involved to egress and igress to any water rights all of Texas has Power Districts and what Power District does this land belong to also who finance the land and interest thereof also I see on the map Interstate and how North does the Interstate Easement go and finally is the down payment a percentage or based on credit?
