Tropical Depression location Northeast of Puerto Plata

Depression with winds 25 knots gust near 30 knots location by water columns in front of circulation at near 22 degrees North 68 degrees West some slight surface feed in South of circulation currently since the depression is further West of the circulation itself not much change in its movement into a Tropical Storm except to enhance due to increase in water Temperature near the shallow AtlAntic near the Turks on into the Florida Straight as the outflow expected to be more defined down stream to West look for outflow high non thunderstorms winds in scattered areas of the Florida Keys timming is relativity to the gathering of the depression into the circulation and better showing of feeder bands.
