A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MEANS THAT FREQUENT WIND GUSTS OF 25 TO
33 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS WAVE CONDITIONS TO
SMALL CRAFT. INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING
