Oakland International Airport Welcomes Norwegian Air Shuttle

First Nonstop Flight between Stockholm, Sweden and the San Francisco Bay Area
First Ever Boeing 787 Dreamliner at OAK

Oakland International Airport will welcome its newest airline, Norwegian Air Shuttle, as the 787 Dreamliner arrives from Stockholm, Sweden on its history making flight to Oakland. The new service will have a direct impact on the Bay Area tourism economy as well as creating jobs at the Oakland International Airport.

Norwegian Air Shuttle was recently named Europe’s #1 Low Cost Airline and is beginning nonstop service from Stockholm, Sweden and Oslo, Norway (to follow on May 28th) aboard brand new “state of the art” 787 Dreamliners offering low fares and great service to dozens of destinations throughout Europe, Northern Africa and the Middle East
