TRAFFIC ADVISORY
Road/Ramp Closures on I-565 EB Exit 7 Ramp and Madison Boulevard
Necessary During New I-565 Interchange Construction Project
MADISON - Weather permitting, the Exit 7 ramp of Interstate 565 East
and a portion of Madison
Boulevard west of County Line Road will be closed beginning Wednesday,
Jan 15, for
construction of the new I-565 interchange at County Road 3 (County
Line Road) in Madison.
This closure is expected to be in place for approximately nine months.
During construction,
motorists can expect reduced work zone speed limits,
ramp/lane/shoulder closures and service
road closures.
Construction of the new interchange, including building additional
ramps to the existing underpass
and relocating a portion of State Route 20 (Madison Boulevard), is
expected to be completed in
May 2015.
When completed, the project will provide motorists full access to/from
I-565 to Madison
Boulevard and County Line Road. Additionally, drivers in the vicinity
of the City of Madison and
Limestone and Madison counties will be afforded another access point
in addition to the Wall
Triana Highway which currently experiences very heavy traffic.
Motorists are requested to consider using alternate routes, adjust
arrival/departure times, observe
work zone speed limits and other work zone signs, and use extreme
caution in this area. ALDOT
thanks motorists for their patience during this construction to
improve Alabama's roadways.
For Road Conditions information, visit www.dot.state.al.us.
ALDOT's mission is to provide a safe, efficient, environmentally- and
economically-sound
transportation network across Alabama.

** NO FEAR ACT On August 18, 2000, a federal jury found the US
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guilty of violating the civil
rights of Dr. Marsha Coleman-Adebayo on the basis of race, sex, color
and a hostile work environment, under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
She was awarded $600,000. The EPA had refused to promote
Coleman-Adebayo shortly after she alleged the presence of
environmental and health problems at the Brits, South Africa, vanadium
mines.[1]
Sparked by this outcome, Congressman F.James Sensenbrenner, Chairman
of the House Judiciary Committee and Texas Congresswoman Sheila
Jackson-Lee introduced the No-FEAR Act into Congress. Dr.
Coleman-Adebayo founded the No FEAR Institute to organize support for
the bill's purposes while continuing to work for the EPA. The No FEAR
Institute spearheaded the No FEAR Coalition to advocate for passage of
the Act.[citation needed]
President George W. Bush signed it into law on May 15, 2002, making it
the first United States civil rights law of the 21st Century
Such Act includes "Hate Crime" by Supervisor's of The Federal
Government The Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination
and Retaliation Act of 2002 is a United States federal law that seeks
to discourage federal managers and supervisors from engaging in
unlawful discrimination and retaliation. It is popularly called the
No-FEAR Act, and is also known as Public Law 107-174.
So don't be a afraid to Report of Supervisor Misuse of such Office he
or she holds in The Federal Branch of The United States of America the
slang is not "Rat" but true term is Federal Informant. As term "Rat"
is based on a "Set Up" by a snitch but a Informant is based on what is
observed to the acts on a individual.
