Industrial access funds are intended to provide adequate public access
to new or expanding distribution, manufacturing and industrial firms.
The industry must be committed to new investment and the creation of
new jobs. The new access must be on public right of way for public use
(state, city or county) and the project sponsor (city or county) must
maintain the completed facility unless the facility consists of turn
lanes, crossovers, etc., that are located on state highways.
Industrial access funds are limited to construction, construction
engineering and inspection costs. The project sponsor is responsible
for all preliminary engineering, right-of-way acquisition and utility
relocation costs.

Prior to the date the qualifying (new or expanding) project is "placed
in service," the sponsoring entity or its local development agency
must notify the Alabama Department of Commerce of its intent to claim
the incentives under Section 41-9-202.1, Code of Alabama 1975.
Effective October 9, 2008, the Industrial Access Road and Bridge
Corporation application submittal should include the notification
acknowledgment letter from the Secretary of Commerce.

between State Route 9 and End of State Route 208 (near Biddeford
Pool). A bridge weight limit has been posted. No vehicles over 44000
lbs.

Comment: Biddeford The Snake River Bridge, carrying Route 208 from
down town Biddeford to the community of Biddeford Pool, is being
posted with a maximum weight limit of 22 tons. All vehicles heavier
than the posted limit that need to reach Biddeford Pool must use the
Fortunes Rocks Rd. as the alternative route. No width restrictions are
involved with this bridge posting. At this weight limit, common
vehicles such as school buses, fire trucks and regular oil-delivery
trucks will still be able to use the bridge.

the Southbound lanes., 5-10 minute delay.
As of 2:59pm, there's Operational Activity on the New Jersey Turnpike
- Hudson County Extension eastbound from East of Interchange 14 - I-78
in Newark to Interchange 14C - Toll Plaza in Jersey City right
shoulder is open to traffic when the green arrow is on.
As of 2:54pm, there's a Downed pole and Downed wires on Grand Street
in both directions at State Street in Jersey City. All lanes closed
and detoured at Summit Street and State Street, until further notice.
