The Bell has rung on "SURPOST" with UPS

Lets all us Citizens take a exam the first question "Who is Commander
and Chief" and next question "Who Post Roads"
Well my answer is simple The President of The United States is The
Commander and Chief all based on Qualify by Presidential Elector and
involving would be the Authority over APO and or FPO such are the Mail
Carriers of The Military that Congress Pick up by Post Roads as many
call "Post offices" now it does not mean a contractor of Congress
cannot pick up as that is what has happen we have The United States
Postal Service and The Elector Has The United States Post Office and
The President with APO and FPO so here we are left with a uniform
service call UPS "United Parcel Service" and a new term call "SURPOST"
which means a uniform service can be called into action by the Acts of
a State Militant so each UPS has its own State call up to transfer
Post from Citizens to Militant to Congress Post so how is that done
without the State development of Forts and etc etc to go with the new
Militant in uniform to travel with The Commander and Chief of Military
mail by a 3rd party which is Constitutional with APO and FPO but
Citizens using such SURPOST as part of a required shipping bait to
move in a new uniform service is call a Bait and Switch by both the
Seller and the uniform Shipper other words how does UPS pay Congress
for the Postal Service on Post Roads by a uniform shipper like UPS
with State Militant call to duty. So all you Militant with UPS beware
of SURPOST until the State calls up a well regulated militant.....
