SATELLITE DOES SHOW RAPID DIGGING BEHIND THE NEW SYSTEM AND DOES
REQUIRE A WATCH AND WARNING FOR LOWER SNOW LEVELS THEN THE PAST STORMS
AND HIGHWAYS ARE TO BE MONITORED FOR CHAIN LAW. CURRENTLY IN THE
