Tho The State of The Union is neither a Constitutional Requirement nor
is a Usury but a understanding to the Breaking off of Virginia from
The United States of America just prior to the Civil War later the
Union under The President of The United States Can call both Houses
together if the Elector is Carried by the Houses - but once the State
of The Union of President Nixon was not acknowledge even tho in call
of Both houses pending His Impeachment but since Senator Byrd held
both Houses in Elector from Kennedy and Nixon swing of New York
allowed the Impeachment of President Nixon to foreword after the Union

mainly of all things Low Interest in Banks not the Interest of Home
Buyers but the Interest of the Standard simple everyday basic saver of

to Mortgages go by way of everyday expenses and then all of a sudden
all are Renting and the Land is held by the Rich Land owners in the

United States go back to days of special Bonds to build up the Working
Class as We have seen during President Roosevelt Term of more then
three terms in order to work out His New Deal, again a Tax break to
the Rich to help investments in order for the Poor to Work but I see a
better future to increase a growth of a part of our Nation not in
Weather or Climate by a move into Individual ability to grow in the
Individual (Not pointing to Family as a requirement) means of support
and a less demand on collective move of Citizenship but the ability to
Say "I Can do this" not the term with The President I can do this but
I can do this and if I fall I can find a place of worship so "I can do
this" in such then our Individual Freedom can once again be restored.
