Before the Court is a partial motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal
Rule of Civil
Procedure 12(b)(6), (Doc. 6) filed by Defendants Ritz-Craft Corp of
Michigan, Inc. and to his prejudice as stated by the District Court is
Jurisdiction of the Court decision of No Prejudice but Mr Obama state
in Prejudice of "Flex Disparity" beyond the following Court order is
out of order to Congress "ORDER DENYING 5 Motion to Request Proceeding
to Reopen Case and because of frivolity and failure to state a claim,
the 1 Complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Ordered by Judge Marc
