California Has the most unaccepted way to construct a Bridge when it
comes time to re-aline or widen or just plain to old - while most
other States have Bridge Building near the replacement Bridge but
California Has the Build within the same Bridge another term is called
Slushing Funds. A long time ago a Wise President with a nickname of
"IKE" started the Interstate Highway idea in "Full Speed" in order the
Slushing is stopped throughout The United States but the timetable
isn't to the State's Slush Timeline so the Congress is left out and we
have to see another Rerun of Families in Office to keep such Slushing
Bolts kind of like a $30,000 for a hammer that caught Congress Check
writing crime - well what's going to happen is another Fishing Bridge
will come out after weight test for foot Traffic in exray of Bolts is
cleared in that Caltrans should have left Bridge Building to The
Federal Highway Department until such We all shall see another State
Agency in Bankruptcy Court.
