Advisory - SR 6 (U.S. 82) in various counties.

The Talladega National Forest, Oakmulgee District, will be prescribed
burning today, January 23, 2014. They plan to burn approximately 600
acres near the South Sandy Hunter's Camp and the South Sandy Shooting
Range. Ignition is planned for 10 a.m. The smoke column will be
visible from SR 6 (U.S. 82); however, winds will take the smoke south
towards Marion. They will post smoke warning signs along roads as
needed. The winds are predicted to carry smoke high and not result in
any impacts to travel. They will place signs on roadways, as needed,
to alert travelers of smoke ahead.

Thompson Canyon (Milemarker 78-78)

Planned closure because of bridge work. Will be closed from Wednesday,
January 29th at 9 pm until Thursday, January 30th at 3 am due to
bridge work. Detour in place. Road closure will begin January 29th,
2014 at 9:00pm. Alternate route is US 287 to SH 66 to US 36 from
Loveland to Lyons in Estes Park.

US 36 Northbound / Southbound between Estes Park and Pinewood Springs
(Milemarker 8-8)

One lane alternating traffic because of road work. 24 Hours- There
will be one lane alternating traffic 24/7 at mileposts 8-25 near
Pinewood Springs and mileposts 15.5-18 on the east end of the canyon
for canyon wall stabilization and river channel stabilization with
possible blasting.operations. 6a-8a & 4p-6p minimal delays daily.
Saturday - 30 minute delays. 8a-4p, 30min-1hour traffic stops with
maximum 2-3 hour traffic stop during blasting operations. Visit

for changes or updates to this report. SH 7 is the alternate route
from Lyons with a 20 minute addition to your normal drive time. 24
Hours- There will be one lane alternating traffic north of Pinewood
Spgs and south of Estes Park at milepost 7.7 for emergency road
repairs. 20 minute delays are possible. Partial closure began December
18th, 2013 at 4:30pm. Alternate route is strongly suggested:US 34
Loveland-Estes Park or SH-7 Estes Park-Lyons.

Road closure began January 20th, 2014 at 10:00pm. Alternate route is
US 36 on and off-ramps at Sheridan Boulevard.

US 550 Northbound / Southbound Red Mtn. Pass (Ironton Park - south of
Ouray) (Milemarker 87-92)

Closed because of rock slide. No ETA for pass to open due to rock
slide and stability. Please check back for details. Road closure began
January 13th, 2014 at 12:40pm. Alternate route is From Ouray to
Durango (a distance of 70 miles using US 550) motorists will instead
use SH 62 from Ridgway over Dallas Divide, SH 145 over Lizard Head
Pass, then US 160, for a trip of 168 miles (a 98-mile detour).

— H-1 FREEWAY —

1) HONOLULU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (FRIDAY NIGHT)

The eastbound H-1 Freeway Airport Off-Ramp (Exit 16) will be closed
from 9 p.m. on Friday night, January 17, through 5 a.m. on Saturday
morning, January 18, for overhead sign maintenance.

During these hours, motorists are advised to use the previous Nimitz
Highway Off-Ramp (Exit 15) and Aolele Street, beneath the H-1 Airport
Viaduct, to access the Airport area.

1) HALAWA (SATURDAY)

Left lane closure on the H-3 Freeway in the Honolulu-bound direction
between the tunnels and the Stadium/Halawa/Camp Smith/Aiea Off-Ramp
(Exit 1C) on Saturday, January 18, from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., for median
barrier repairs.

— ALA MOANA BOULEVARD —

1) KAKAAKO (SUNDAY & MONDAY NIGHTS)

Left lane closures on Ala Moana Boulevard in both directions between
Kamakee Street and Ahui Street on Sunday night, January 19, through
Tuesday morning, January 21, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., nightly, for
utility installations.

During these hours, the following left-turn only lanes will also be closed:
•Ala Moana Boulevard westbound left-turn lane onto Ward Avenue southbound.
•Ward Avenue southbound left-turn lane onto Ala Moana Boulevard eastbound.

Motorists are advised to use Auahi Street and Kamakee Street as an
alternate route to avoid the left-turn lane closures.
