D1 - Due to the New Years Eve events, beginning at 5 pm December 31st,
Flamingo will be closed between Koval and Valley View– traffic east of
Koval and west of Valley View will remain open. Roadways will re-open
at 3:30 am. Please use alternate routes and expect heavy traffic in
these areas.

traffic east of Koval and west of Industrial will remain open.

the following eastbound off ramps will be closed in both directions of
I-15: Tropicana, Flamingo, and Spring Mountain. Ramps to go westbound
