and coming up from the South to The North instead of the prior
"Current Thems" from the West South West to East North East; Fire
Administrators are to be aware of the Change from the misposition of
Tropical Weather South of San Diego currently causing a Heavy
conversion of Dry Air from the Southwest Southern Great Basin to moist
air up over the Imperial Valley of California to overriding coastal
influence of Southwestern Basin including San Diego up to Los Angeles
with heavy Lighting Activity.
