FREIGHT TRAVEL ADVISORY - ROAD CLOSURE I-5 Skagit River Bridge

LOCATION: I-5 at Skagit River Bridge near Mount Vernon/Burlington

DETAILS: The I-5 near Skagit River Bridge will close starting at 5 p.m. Saturday Sept. 14 for approximately 12 hours. Drivers should check to ensure the roadway is open before traveling Sunday. Traffic will use detour routes established when the bridge was closed in late May. 

MORE INFORMATION: Drivers can then expect additional nighttime detours of one or both directions beginning Monday, Sept. 16, and continuing through mid-November. For more information, visit http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/Projects/I5/SkagitRiverBridgeReplacement/
