developing by late morning across south and west anchorage. Along
turnagain arm and higher elevations...southeast wind 40 to 50 mph with
gusts to 65 mph.
Tonight... Cloudy with light rain likely. Lows in the upper 30s to mid
40s. North to east wind 10 to 15 mph. Along turnagain arm and higher
