What kind of Country on This Earth allow a reading of Dew Point of 18 degrees when 50 Miles North at 40 plus degrees

A pilot flying looking for a proper Altimeter and a Dew Point shows up
at 18 degrees then one 50 miles North at 40 degrees and a Emergency
Landing is declared and the Pilot only has enough fuel to go 20 miles
but with 18 degrees dew point rises the runway beyond the approach and
Pilot needs to land so where I ask Federal Bureau of Investigation do
you send that pilot after YOU CLOSE YOUR AIRPORT BY DEW POINT are we
in IRAQ? Just WHO do you as a funded by Tax Payers think you are.
