511 PM PDT DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A THIRD THUNDERSTORM HAS FORMEDIN NEAR
THE BORDER BETWEEN WESTERN RIVERSIDE AND NORTHEAST SAN DIEGOCOUNTIES.
THIS CELL WAS LOCATED BETWEEN COMBS PEAK AND HOT SPRINGSMOUNTAIN...IN
NORTHEAST SAN DIEGO COUNTY...AND WAS PRODUCING BRIEFHEAVY DOWNPOURS
AND SMALL HAIL.THIS THIRD THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING SOUTH AROUND 5 MPH
DOWN LOSTVALLEY AND ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE AREA BURNED DURING THE
EAGLEFIRE OF 2011.THE RUNOFF FROM THIS THUNDERSTORM WILL FLOW TO THE
NORTH ANDTHEN EAST AND EVENTUALLY ENDUP IN COYOTE CREEK.THE RUNOFF
FROM THE FIRST THUNDERSTORM IS STILL FLOWINGEAST DOWNCREEKS LEADING TO
MARTINEZ CANYON. THIS MAY CAUSE FLOODING NEARHARRISON STREET SOUTH OF
66THAVENUE ON THE TORRES MARTINEZRESERVATION.THE RUNOFF FROM THE
SECOND THUNDERSTORM IS STILL FLOWINGSOUTHEASTDOWN CREEKS LEADING TO
ROCKHOUSE CANYON...WHICH EVENTUALLY DUMPSINTO CLARK LAKE...LOCATED
EAST OF BORREGO SPRINGS AND NORTH OFHIGHWAY

OF A THIRD TO A HALF INCH ARE POSSIBLEIN THE WARNED AREA.A FLOOD

URBAN OR OTHER AREAS IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.BOTH LOCALIZED AND
DISTANT HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CREATE RISES IN WASHESAND OVER LOW WATER
CROSSINGS. WATER IN THE WASHES MAY TRAVEL MANYMILES AND TAKE HOURS TO
REACH YOUR LOCATION FROM UPSTREAM RAIN AREAS.THIS COULD LEAD TO RISING
