4/19/2013 The complainant replied and stated the situation has become

This is in reference to the Problem on Housing you submitted on
03/19/2013 2:29 PM
Location: 735 S 9th Street, Modesto
Description: Continue problem in getting water at 735 S9th St Modesto
Ca 95351 - Prior day I have been instructed to turn on the water by
the Landload of the Complex - She Susie (Sue) have had a maintance
person work on the plumbing from theft of copper pipes - she fired
that maintance person then hired "Ryan" and he begin working on
providing water for the Tenants at the Complex - but again the same
problem surfaced with theft of copper pipes and water was left for a
number of days unattended as "water wasters" then I called the
landlord and told her about the leaks - she came and inspected and had
the water turned off - then Ryan was surppose to correct the leaks and
again provide Tenants with water - but just as recent as last night
the landlord had the water turn on again and leaks came about again -
so Ryan attempted to repair the problem and water was again provided
to Tenants as myself - again at 2 am about this morning water was
turned off and has now turned into wate
r broading by the Maintance and Sue has been made aware and knows of
the expense of pipes she provided for the correction and just recent

going on as we are in Landlord Tenant understanding a investigation
shall be in demand.
