The Complaint you submitted was:

Request type: Facilities (lighting, seating, noise)
Description: Hot Water Facilities following is a update on Lack of
Hot water while working with Mr. Quinn in Stanislaus County related to
water issue at 1520 pst no Hat water again and I'm not going keep
reseating as equipment may be Dysfunctional to International Code -
Thank you for the Code - this morning the reset button had to be
pushed; leading to the water heateris not proper to the code part you
sent to me "I didn't address much concerning Hot Water as I didn't
have the Code while I was on the phone with you - yet hear are my
concerns" ...."Water heating facilities. Water heating facilities
shall be properly installed, maintained and capable of providingan
adequate amount of water to be drawn at every required sink, lavatory,
bathtub, shower and laundry facilityat a temperature of not less than
110°F (43°C)....An approved combination temperature and
pressure-relief valve and relief valve discharge pipe shall be
properly installed and maintained onwater heaters"....a follow up the
Landlord did give me permission to reset the water heater switch but I
do not have access to the Temperature control - The water heater is
located in what is called the Laundry Room (also known as Room 5) and
has Junk throughout the Room which I call also a Fire Hazard - I did
try and clean yup the Room but was stopped by Maintance Man "Paul"
address the problem to Susie "Sue" about what happen - she said its
fine if I reset the Water Heater andif Paul question me then make him
aware I have permission - now that hasn't happen as of yet the
question by Paul - but I will not do much more then reset and let you
know as the progress - I suggest a quick look see in the Room to note
how and if the Water Heater is in Compliance. Thanks
