$459.00 that leaves a difference of <$73> then apply the allowable

$73.00 or Zero - Here is the conflict is in taking the Maxium
Allowance is the Excess is less then the Maxium Allowance but in the
deduction of $147 is either before the 50 percent such as 919 minus
147 equal 772 yet taking 919 then 50 percent equal 459.50 the less 147
equal 312.5 toward a minus 459 gives minus 146.5 does equal zero on
net monthly income in that either does work on the result that minus
