MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS OF CENTRAL CALIFORNIA WITH PRECIPITATION
MONDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. LOCAL HIGHER AMOUNTS WILL BE POSSIBLE.*
ELEVATION: ABOVE 2000 FEET WITH MINOR ACCUMULATIONS DOWN TO AROUND
