While the Knapp's Hill Tunnel's illumination system is repaired on Wednesday February 6, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., traffic will be detoured onto SR 971-the Navarre Coulee Road/South Lakeshore Drive [15 miles]-while US 97A is closed between Navarre Coulee (MP 223.2) and South Lakeshore Drive (MP 230.5) - [7 miles], adding approximately 15 minutes to the trip. Wenatchee to Chelan traffic can also utilize US 97 and SR 150, adding 11 miles [45 instead of 34] and approximately 15 minutes to the trip.
