Failure to Communicate to Admirals and The Judical Branch in use with
The 7th and 5th Fleet - The United States Navy Decommissions USS Kitty
Hawk
12 May 2009 ... The aircraft carrier USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63)
wasdecommissioned May 12 at Puget Sound - and did want to
Re-Commission The Ship while Former President Clinton went to Korea
but Senate did not want to release The Vessel back to The Navy -
Therefore any actions involving China and The USS KITTY HAWK is beyond
The United States Navy and is within Congress Disticts for any
Command.
