proximity of prior Fire the first Fire on North side of Property and
this second one on South Side of Property a method that is used in
Warfare to Box a Enemy but Illegal in The United States. The
Apartments formally a Transist Hotel upgraded all room with smoke
alarms which allow the Building complex to be saved with small area of
Fire damage and Extensive Smoke damage which is again common of Gang
activity to take "turf" for Jurisdiction in the battle of Finances in
the area West of Modesto. A total of 3 Sheriff vehicles 6 fire trucks
and support along with neighbor City Police and Support from Modesto
and Ceres. Overall responce to save the structor is Good and the
