from Fort Ross on into Yosemite which brings a great deal of
investment media into Europe if one approach proper on Modesto
Proximity to The San Francisco Bay Area.
A small Farming Town is the Atmosphere about 70 miles East from San
Francisco Bay and nearly same distance from Yosemite National Park to
the East - Main Agriculture is Seasonal from Beans, Peas, Tomato's,
Fruit and Nut Ranching along with Cattle - a number of Famous Cattle
Brands are Former President Bush and Perea of "The Big Valley" Fame -
just North of Merced where The small Elements of The Perea Ranches of
"The Big Valley" that in its hayday 1840's to 1880's cover the Valley
from Redding to Fresno into small areas of what is now Bakersfield to
Oakland Hills into the Foothills of The Sierra Nevada - The Downtown
area today does host a Convention Center with a good supply of Lodging
for less Traffic then The Bay Area - Current bad "rap" of Gang
activity has ceased and future plans for The Oakland A's new Studium
is on the Horizon. Along in the Future is a Large Roundhouse for Rail
Center as the State draws closer to High Speed Rail.
