AUTHORITIES CAN ASSUMETHE THREAT IS PASSED. DANGER TO BOATS AND
COASTAL STRUCTURES CANCONTINUE FOR SEVERAL HOURS DUE TO THE CONTINUING
SEA LEVELCHANGES AND RAPID CURRENTS. AS LOCAL CONDITIONS CAN CAUSE A
