Two strong earthquakes off California

casualties areregrettable immediate and no tsunami warning has been
launched.
A strong earthquake of magnitude 6.4 occurred early Friday off the
coast of California, immediately followed by a second, with a
magnitude of 6.1, announced the American Institute of Geophysics
(USGS) . No damage or casualty had been reported immediately, and no
tsunami warning was launched. Both earthquakes occurred respectively
at 262 and 93 kilometers from the coast, according to seismologists.
USGS estimates the number of casualties for each earthquake for the
Prompt Assessment of Global Earthquakes for Response (PAGER)product.
