water temperatures to The South and the main Current is again of a
required High Dome in the upper Air as of yet still does not model in
first 24 hours - the winds near 150 miles per hour shall storm surge
between "Tide 5 feet" plus 20 feet surge could in fact bring Major
damage to The Island and outer Islands - Some concern is the
conversion of the Convection to the East could counter sea
temperatures and stationary the Hurricane which could lower the storm
surge to Tides of 5 feet and surge of 10 feet - the forward motion if
the surge aspect of The Hurricane - Citizens are to follow local Law
Enforcement and seek higher ground which is further Lee side of the
island and been Caution on Windward - if a turnback be parpared to
move quickly and orderly - Use all types of communication in
contacting emergency assistance from The United States Government
Center in Hawaii and or Guam - be careful of drinking water after
flooding and find and hold on to blankets as damage is expected from
the size so shown in Meteorology.
