Lovell looks to the sky for turf miles

Trainer Michelle Lovell is hoping for no rain at Fair Grounds, but a gloomy forecast is predicted as two of Lovell's better horses, No Rules Now and At the Pulpit, are each entered in two one-mile turf allowances that anchor a full 10-race card Friday afternoon.
