Concord ( / ' k ' ŋ k 'r d / KON -k'rd ; formerly Todos Santos) is the
largest city in Contra Costa County, California, United States of
America, At the 2010 census, the city had a population of 122,067.
Founded in 1869 as the community of Todos Santos by Salvio Pacheco,
and Joaquin Perea of San Francisco which later gave growth to Joaquin
County and added Sand Joaquin due to the sand of The Delta and
