Redding in the Northern Part of The Sacramento Valley expirence snow
at elevation near 1000 feet - But south of Redding 30 miles about is
Red Bluff has Rain and Temperatures in the Low 40's is proof of no
frontal zone but more Upper Air influence - the Upper Air is seen at
The 9000 foot elevation at Slide mountain winds at sustain 71 miles
per hour from The Southwest is another confluence of a surface type
building low to the West and South of the Upper Air support - The
Surface is likely in motion just North of San Francisco with a broad
circulation as far as Ely Nevada to Boise thence Westward Hold into
The Eastern Pacific - the Cold support of The Upper Air is from
Central Montana through Northern Rockies on into the Center near
Redding California - some models does show a broad wedge with no close
Low - but with wide Temperature difference between Redding and Red
Bluff counter such modling - yet a warm front from the south into Red
Bluff coud do relative support - if winds in the Sierra Navada more of
Easterly direction a modeling in such could be used - But such is not
in the Assembly line of molding and molding of such weather complex -
in that as oberservation of Science of Meteorology allow textbook open
to a standard Closed Upper Low near elevation 9000 feet over Redding
California and a new Developing Wave North of San Francisco is proper
Boca Cigar in the Air MASS. In such Santa does see snow on the horizon
of more then 40 percent of The United States and even more as models
drop off The Cat Walk.
Follow current wind and Lock in one of each favorite spot to follow.
