LOCATION: I-5 Southbound at SR 531, Arlington, Snohomish County
DESCRIPTION: All lanes of southbound I-5 are blocked due to a serious collision just past SR 531. Both ramps from SR 531 to southbound I-5 are now closed. Traffic on the mainline is getting by the scene slowly on the shoulder, but drivers should avoid the area and should take Smokey Point Boulevard to 116th Street NE or make their way to SR 9.
